1) Be a PEER GROUP FACILITATOR
(someone with a mood disorder OR
a family member of someone with a mood disorder)
Don't hesitate. Facilitate!
It's not as hard as you think.

materials and discussion

2) Help us find host sites/locations
for new support groups anywhere
across the Greater Baltimore area.
3) Help w/variety of group-
related activities, publicizing,
community contact, etc.
